Partner search:
Partners from Finland, Sweden and Norway for a project consortium: education providers (public and private), employers, municipalities, employment services (public and private), business development services, business associations, cross-border advice services, chambers of commerce, regional development services. We are also looking for other potential projects/project ideas with which we could cooperate on overlapping themes and activities!
Possible activities:
- Upskilling & Reskilling: mapping of the current and future competence needs of employers in Northern FI-SWE-NOR (to achieve up-to-date data)
- Labor markets: mapping of the current and future labor needs of employers in Northern FI-SWE-NOR (to achieve up-to-date data)
- Awareness: finding possible joint efforts to improve the reputation of different professions and raise awareness of training opportunities (with vast recruitment need)
- Awareness: finding possible joint efforts to improve the image of employers and industries (with vast recruitment need)
- Pilots: cocreating interdisciplinary education and training pilots with education providers, municipalities and employers (Nordic degrees)
- Language and culture: training for employers with multinational labor force (including SWE-FIN-NOR as a second language training)
- Regional attractiveness: mapping potential solutions for a joint regional brand building
