From 21 September for a month every year, Interreg comes together to celebrate cooperation across borders, regions, rivers, mountains and even bureaucracies with events taking place across Europe.
This year Interreg Aurora, Interreg Northern Periphery and Arctic and Interreg Baltic Sea Region will celebrate Interreg Cooperation Day at Centria Open Doors event where a diverse array of Interreg funded projects will be showcased.
Centria University of Applied Sciences is currently involved in several Interreg projects, meaning they have connected and worked with organisations from at least 7 different countries. Be it along the Swedish-Finnish-Norwegian border, across the Baltic sea or across the Arctic and Atlantic ocean, clever minds have come together to find good sustainable solutions!
Celebrating Interreg Cooperation is about sharing with citizens the many benefits that arise from working together.
To find out how cooperation is beneficial to Centria and the people in Finland, visit the Open Doors event and hear first hand from the projects and programmes about the work and impacts of Interreg cooperation.
Join Centria’s Open Doors on October 10th from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Talonpojankatu campus in Kokkola.
