The partnership needs to have a plan for the different responsibilities already in the application of support. Plan for a setup of internal routines between the Lead partner and the project partners. In particular it is important to have routines for how the financial reporting to the programme is to be made by the Lead partner(-s) with input from the project partners. Think about planning for the financial flows, how will transfers of paid financing from Lead partner (-s) to the other project partners be made. It is also important to think about the risk of recoveries when costs are not approved and how to deal with such.
Interreg Aurora is a brand new programme in the European Interreg community for cross-border cooperation 2021-2027.
The programme offers great opportunities and enables new and exciting cross-border cooperation in the northernmost part of Europe and Sápmi.
