The Interreg Aurora funded small-scale project Barriers to harmonize the Nordic building codes for wood buildings will map the real willingness of local regulatory bodies to harmonize
building codes for wood building in the Nordic countries, and the obstacles behind it.

The objective is to create a viable plan with stakeholder commitment to solving the obstacles in a following regular project, leading to a harmonized regulatory environment promoting wood building in the Nordic construction industry for ecological, social, and economic gains.
