ENSURE-6G

Developing MULTI-SCALE CONNECTIVITY, SENSING, AND DATA FUSION FOR INDUSTRIAL LOGISTICS

ENSURE-6G

Sweden and Finland share the same challenge with large rural areas and long supply chains which is a prerequisite and a lifeline for regional growth and development. Trends show that the supply chain and logistics require fast-paced efforts toward intelligent, automated, and sustainable operations for increased efficiency, transparency, safety, and competitiveness.

The main objective of the Interreg Aurora funded project ENSURE-6G is to develop, demonstrate and disseminate new remote sensing, wireless connectivity and data fusion solutions that will contribute to the ongoing efforts in modernizing the rail signaling and communication network in the Aurora programme area. The project also aims to establish a North-Nordic inter-regional ICT Belt that will help to attract a highly qualified workforce to the programme area.
