The Interreg Aurora funded project SOPRANO (Advanced system-on-packages: A feasible route towards boosting Nordic electronics industries) aims to transform the Nordic technology industry by focusing on electronics sectors such as X-ray detectors, batteries, telecommunications components, and smart mining accessories. Utilizing advanced additive manufacturing (AM) technologies, SOPRANO addresses cost, environmental impact, and expertise accumulation challenges.
