Partner search: In Finland, responsibility for organising social and health services was transferred from municipalities to wellbeing services counties 1.1.2023. Lapland wellbeing county has a nationwide resposibility to develop social and health services in Sámi languages. Cross-border co-operation is an underutilized way to organize social and health services in Sámi languages. An Interreg project would make it possible to find new ways to organise those services in a way that benefits local Sámi communities in Finland and Norway.
