It is not mandatory to submit an early project idea to be able to apply from the programme.
It is possible to get feedback on project ideas regarding regular projects (not small-scale projects).
If you want to submit an early project idea to get some feedback before you submit the actual application for a regular project – you must use the project idea template from the Aurora programme (download template below on this webpage – template updated March 2024).
The terms for submitting project ideas for regular projects are stated in the terms of reference for each call for applications, you can find them here. Please note that the terms of references are specific for each call based on the progress of the Interreg Aurora programme. It is important that you always read and check the terms of reference before applying!
Project ideas regarding the 7th call for regular projects can be sent to interregaurora@lansstyrelsen.se from the 1 June until the 1 August 2025. You can expect feedback on your idea during August 2025.
Your idea must be described on the template that you can find here.
